We provide direct customer support via email, and aim to reply to all requests within 72 hours.

Premium support is available for some paid subscriptions.

Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. Chat to our friendly team to find a solution that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your plan at any time and and continue to use the service for the remainder of the term of the subscription you signed up for, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
What’s a Workspace?
A Workspace is a shared space where you can invite teammates, advisors, and stakeholders to work on formulating strategies together.

Is Skhema similar to project management, OKR or KPI tracking software?
No. We've witnessed a convergence of software products towards project and performance management tools. They are great for driving accountability and having visibility of task progress, but don't mistake populating these tools with 'objectives' and 'initiatives' as a good way to formulate strategy.

Formulating a robust strategy precedes project management. Use our Zapier and Make connections to send data directly to your project management tool once you've completed this critical stage of work.

If you are looking for project management tools, we'll happily recommend some of the tools we are familiar using.
Does Skhema offer a consultancy service, or do I need a consultant to facilitate the strategy process?
No. Skhema does not provide direct consultancy services. Our robust, repeatable method for formulating strategy has been designed to enable businesses to be self-sufficient without the need for a consultant.

We're not outing consultants, you'll find consultants using Skhema and providing value-added services, particularly in areas of expertise. Find some consultants on our Community.
Is this another template tool for capturing the company Vision, Mission and Values?
No. If you have been sold a tool which is an electronic copy of traditional Vision, Mission, Values templates then we hate to be the one to tell you - you've been sold a dud.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You can export your data in a number of formats, including PDF, DOCX, and MD.

The best thing. The Skhema Methodology is independent of the platform. Once you've gained a deep understanding of the methodology, you can apply it to your strategy development process wherever you go.
